We are the most active and the first Community in VIT Chennai to spread awareness about DAOs (Decentralized Autonomous Organizations), web3 ecosystem, to establish the concept of decentrailization, to prove that the contibution of each and every person matters.
We proved that its the people of the community and not just the leaders. We focus on collaboration, the key element needed for success of anything. We develop on web3 & blockchain technologies, work towards creating a better understanding among people about the realm, how it works, give exposure to the ecosystem and build along with the best and be the best.
When it comes to PoW, we at DAO Community have multiple internal projects to learn understand and experience the power and working of web3 systems.
We have conducted tons of events in collaboration with the experts from industry.We believe in learning from the experienced and thus we collaborate with many leading web3 companies and communities. The key is to have an engaging and comfortable environment for the learners. We have had collaboration with companies such as TOKEN2049, Polygon, Push Protocol, Lumos Metaverse, IntoTheVerse, Router Protocol and many more!
Following defy24, We conducted one of the Chennai’s biggest Web3 hackathon defy25. Unlike traditional hackathons, defy has a Business twist. Participants had to pitch their product if front of Investors and VCs along with major Web3 players for funding and startup-ideation.
Defy was a huge success with more than 2500+ applications and 7 lakhs+ in sponsorships and funding so far.
